How long do you get to enjoy our inflatables?

Drop-off times & pick up times vary and can be customer specific. We promise at least 48 hours to enjoy it.

 

Is the delivery and setup time part of the rental time frame?

No, it does not take away from the rental time.

What are the bounce house rules?

No shoes, food, candy, drinks, crayons, markers, pens, or 'Silly String' are allowed inside the bounce houses.

What kind of surface and how much space is needed for set up?

It is best to have a level surface with grass; however, houses can be set up on concrete, pavement, sand, or mulched surfaces. The amount of space varies by the unit, but on average 18' by 18' space is safe. We do have sandbags for hard surface applications.

What are the power or outlet requirements?

Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply a 50ft cord for delivery orders, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 50ft from that outlet.

Cancellation Policy Weather Policy: Maddys Moon Bounces will contact you to re-confirm your reservation prior to your event. At that time we will discuss the upcoming weather forecast. If the weather is questionable on the day of your event, together we will make the safest decision possible, prior to the delivery of your bounce house, you will receive a full refund. If you insist on proceeding with your event and it starts raining, unfortunately we are not able to offer you the opportunity to reschedule or any type of discounts , store credits or refunds.

 

Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

The lessee, or property owner, manager, etc. agree to all terms & conditions to the above and below, both verbally stated stipulations provided by MMB Inc.
NOTICE Children and adults should not be participating at the same time. Any damage to equipment or that cause inflatables to deflate or discolor from stains caused by the lessee not ad- herin by the rules provided to verbally as well as posted will incur a damage fee.
By signing, deposit or full payment lessee agrees that the equipment rented is in working condition, with no major faults at the time of set up. Any rips, tears, or major stains or other such damage the lessee is responsible. Methods of securing bounce house are aggressive for safety reasons and MMB Inc. is not responsible for property damage not limited to the following; ground damage, sprinkler systems, electric etc.
Absolutely No Silly String, FOOD, DRINK, FACE PAINT or Glitter INSIDE OR ON THE EQUIPMENT $200.00 cleaning fee* will apply. There is a $500 DAMAGE FEE.
If the unit is left overnight the Lessee is responsible for making sure the blower is disconnected from the unit and unplugged, also the unit will be secure from unsupervised participants.
During your rental please DO NOT HESITATE to call numbers provided by staff with any questions, concerns or equipment failures.
