How long do you get to enjoy our inflatables?
Drop-off times & pick up times vary and can be customer specific. We promise at least 48 hours to enjoy it.
Is the delivery and setup time part of the rental time frame?
No, it does not take away from the rental time.

What are the bounce house rules?
No shoes, food, candy, drinks, crayons, markers, pens, or 'Silly String' are allowed inside the bounce houses.

What kind of surface and how much space is needed for set up?
It is best to have a level surface with grass; however, houses can be set up on concrete, pavement, sand, or mulched surfaces. The amount of space varies by the unit, but on average 18' by 18' space is safe. We do have sandbags for hard surface applications.

What are the power or outlet requirements?
Our bounce houses plug into a standard 110v household outlet. We will supply a 50ft cord for delivery orders, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the bounce house should be no more than 50ft from that outlet.

Cancellation Policy Weather Policy: Maddys Moon Bounces will contact you to re-confirm your reservation prior to your event. At that time we will discuss the upcoming weather forecast. If the weather is questionable on the day of your event, together we will make the safest decision possible, prior to the delivery of your bounce house, you will receive a full refund. If you insist on proceeding with your event and it starts raining, unfortunately we are not able to offer you the opportunity to reschedule or any type of discounts , store credits or refunds.
